We will do our best to make you 100% satisfied. We do our best to ship within a couple days of your order. PLEASE allow reasonable time for shipping companies to drag your package to your house from the East coast in Chester, PA.
If you are not happy we will offer a refund or repair or replacement as we see fit. The normal life expectancy of an electrical product must be considered
To insure the highest quality products, we must ask that you order only what your needs require. We do not accept returns that appear to be damaged or tampered with while in your possession. We do not sell used parts.
Claims for shortages and returns must be made within 20 days of the shipping date. A phone call with your order number is required in order to receive a return authorization. THIS IS A MUST! Unauthorized returns will get no response. Delayed installations do not extend return privileges. Any shipping costs will not be included and are the responsibility of the customer. ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS AT AN EVENT as we fly to most events.
